Due to the personalized nature of the Services, all sales are final once the creation process has begun. The creation process is considered to have started once you submit your content or place an order.

Unless otherwise stated, all payments are final and non-refundable.

Pet Tributes reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time without prior notice. However, any price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.

Customers are solely responsible for any local taxes, customs duties, bank fees, currency conversion fees, or other charges that may apply under the laws and regulations of their jurisdiction.

For customers located outside the European Union, including customers located in the United States, French value-added tax (VAT) is not applicable in accordance with Article 259 B of the French Tax Code.

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment providers, including Stripe. Pet Tributes does not store or have access to customers’ payment information.

Memorial creation services are offered as a one-time payment starting at $79 USD. Optional features or add-ons may increase the total purchase price. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

All prices displayed on the Website are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise stated.

9. Pricing and Payment

All tributes are reviewed before publication, and Pet Tributes may edit, refuse or remove any tribute at its sole discretion. Personal data provided by contributors is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, and a contributor may request removal of their tribute by contacting contact@tributes.pet.

Contributors must be at least 18 years old and may submit only their own, respectful content.

Memorials may allow friends and family to leave tributes (a name, a relationship, and a message).

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.

We are not obligated to monitor content submitted by users.

Video links. Where you provide links to videos hosted on third-party platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo, you remain responsible for those videos and for their privacy and embedding settings. Those platforms operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Image and third-party rights. You confirm that you have obtained the consent of any identifiable individual appearing in the photos or videos you submit, and that any photographs taken by a professional photographer are used with the photographer's permission.

We reserve the right to remove or modify any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit such content and that it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.
